Learn to Lishi Kits

Our Learn to Lishi Kits utilize a different and unique approach to Lishi tool education. Rather than just teaching a few random Lishi tool techniques, our kits use a type of classroom approach. The Companion starts by teaching locksmithing basics then does a deep dive into the locking systems you’ll be working on with the included pick and lock.

The backbone of our Learn to Lishi kit is the Companion. Each book offers a lot of in depth basic lock, key, tumbler and Lishi tool knowledge. The Companion has been painstakingly researched and designed to provide in-depth lock, key and tool insight. It was our belief that Lishi tool users can be more successful if they understand how the Lishi and the lock interact.

Because Lishi tools can have a fairly steep learning curve, our kits include a practice lock, a specific Original Lishi tool and a detailed Companion book. These tools will allow you to actually apply the concepts taught in the Companion guide.

Our Learn to Lishi kits are like a printed version of this website but with a stand alone tutorial nature. Since the kits contain a kit specific Original Lishi tool and lock, they are like a complete Learn to Lishi lesson.
